Advith ITeC
Integrating Technology and Finance Consulting

“Innovation turns challenges into opportunities.” The urge to identify the root cause of problems and the necessity to find and apply solutions sparked the creation of Advith ITeC. The challenge was to enhance work delivery, client relationship management, and timeline management in the realm of Finance & Tax consulting.

Realizing that the integration of technology and professional consulting could be the answer, we coined the term ITeC—Information Technology enabled Consulting. This marked the beginning of Advith ITeC in February 2020, with a vision to merge finance consulting with technology.

Founder's Vision and Leadership

Advith ITeC was founded by CA Krishna Upadhya S, whose passion for tax and technology drove the establishment of this innovative venture. In 2020, amidst the global impact of COVID-19, he launched Advith ITeC, focusing on advanced automation in workflow management and work automation techniques in the field of tax and finance. Accompanying him as the Co-Founder cum Director is CA R K Suchindra, an ex-Deloitte professional who excels in indirect tax advisory, compliance, and litigation support services. He handles indirect tax services for various sectors, including e-commerce and real estate.

Expertise and Innovation

Leveraging over two decades of collective experience in Finance & Tax consulting, we identified gaps in the existing framework and evaluated current solutions. We then embarked on two parallel tracks:

1) Developing Tech tools to automate processes in the finance, tax, and regulatory consulting space; and

2) Establishing a Delivery Centre with a team of Finance Operations (FinOps) and process specialists to manage various finance, accounting, regulatory, and back-office tasks.

Our Centre aims to become a global shared GCC services provider, capable of addressing the needs of businesses regardless of size or geography. It also seeks to enhance the bandwidth, capability, and operational certainty of Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, and other finance & regulatory consultants.

As we continue to innovate tech tools and methods for delivering specialist services, we have earned the trust of start-ups, mid- to large corporates, and finance consulting firms. This trust allows us to manage their financial operations (FinOps) and other back-end operations, making it easier for them to expand their bandwidth without having to hire and train a team. From a team of four, we have grown into a full-fledged team providing premier IT-enabled consulting.

Future Vision

Advith ITeC remains dedicated to developing more tech products integrated with Artificial Intelligence and data analytics. Our goal is to revolutionize the perception of finance, tax, and regulatory matters for individuals, corporates, and consulting firms. Today, our products are designed and developed to focus on real-time data discovery and cater to both B2B and B2C clients, regardless of their size, sector, or geography. Our aim is to disrupt traditional FinOps by leveraging automation and AI to elevate service delivery.
